CPA Sign ups and zip/pin submit needed 100+ a week

I am looking for Multiple people who can provide us with a large number of US only Email & Zip Submits for our CPA offers. and Multiple People who can Provide us with International & Us Free sign up offers as well. 1. Simple E-mail submit - USA I will pay $.50 per submit 2. Dating site sign up - USA, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa, Ireland and Sweden I will pay $1.50 per sign up Every one is accepted, however, I will Monitor IP, User agents and source if you are sending fraud then you will be blocked from our network before you reach 20 leads. * Please bear in mind that the following rules must be adhered to* - Unique Email and IP Addresses (currently US only) - NO duplicates, NO Fraudulent Signups (Us & Int) - NO BlackHat or other techniques - No Proxy Servers are allowed - No Incentivized traffic Unless the offer states incent is aloud - ALL sign-ups must be from REAL PEOPLE - 100 % Clean traffic - All completed sign-ups must come from unique ip's - NO Spam, AUTO Bots or softwares. If any of these takes place you will be blocked from our network and forfeit all earnings. If you know you'll be performing any of these tactics before hand don't waste my time cause you will be caught. No upfront payment. This is a long term commitment and we work with several networks that pays bi-weekly. Our general payment plan is those who has a net of 30 submissions but that's just a safety net for us. You will be paid within a day or two from when we receive payment . We take pride in making our payments early or on time so if you can provide good results this shouldn't be a problem. I will provide the landing page (tracking link) where you should bring people that you have convinced to sign up. You can use Instant messenger to find people from our target countries and if you have your own ways how to convince people let me know ahead so we will know how you gonna provide your leads.
