Convert XML file to MySQL Data

We have a data dump from and existing shopping cart system. The file is a flat XML with all information. Product, Customers, Orders, etc.
We need to have this xml mapped into OpenCart or ZenCart
Also We have a template that would need to be installed. The template is currently just an html bootstrap design. We would need to make it work with OpenCart or ZenCart.
