Chiropractor Email List

I am interested in obtaining a list of chiropractors in the United States. The list should contain each chiropractor's name and email address. If possible, having their address (street address,city, state and zip)and phone number would be helpful, although it is not essential if it would cut down on the size of the list or increase the price. I would like to have this in an excel spreadsheet. Please tell me in your bid response about how many chiropractor names/emails you can provide and also where you will obtain them, if possible.
