Data Entry 27,000 Fields - Store GMail Info Onto Google Spreadsheet

I'm seeking a seasoned team of data entry professionals to help me compile all 27,000+ emails from my GMail account into a google spreadsheet (or multiple google spreadsheets if it's too large for 1 spreadsheet). Details of this project can be viewed via a video screenflick I just recorded @ [login to view URL] *****Ideally a bidder is able to program some kind of scraper or automated system that can compile this data automatically (so I won't have to keep on having to manually enter new emails in the future***** *****If you have a solution that can automate this process please let me know (an automated process isn't required, but it is preferred)***** -Timestamp (EST) ****very important that all entries are in EST**** -Date -Ticker -Sent From -Sender Email -Sender Domain -EMarketing Provider ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc.) -Corporate Name -Physical Address -$ Compensation Details -Compensation Source (who they got paid from) The most important entry is to make sure that all timestamps are 100% accurate in Eastern Standard Time (EST). I understand that it's a lot of fields but I'm only interested in working with a team of skilled data entry workers (ideally a team of +10) so that this project can be completed in a timely manner. The sooner this project is completed, the better.
