Access and Excel expert need !! NOW

I am looking of a access – xl expert. I have a large amount of records that I would like to remove duplicates and setup a system that would enable us to import addition records and filter them. Its should be simple if you have the expert knowledge of Access and Excel. Would like you to work remotely though netmeeting so you would need a high speed connection. I can’t not send you the data. Available now.
