Ecommerce LED company looking to hire a bookkeeper/Accounting. Someone with very strong bookkeeping skills using QuickBooks is a must, including initial setup, creating a chart of accounts, and entry of transactions. Using Microsoft Excel to generate spreadsheets is also required. Other tasks will involve reconciling books and tax reports. Some basic accounting knowledge would be helpful.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Great understanding of Bookkeeping using QuickBooks
2. Proficient in MS Excel
3. Excellent organizational skills
4. Capability to multi-task
3. Must speak & read fluent English, Chinese is a plus
