• To pass the information and collect the data from whole region of Nepal. • To look after the NCell sites condition (DG, BTS, MW) status. • To deal with the Vendor and vendor’s Invoices. • Worked for 9-Months at Ncell Noc centre with ZTE’s (customer). • To prepare the KPI and CMR reports of Ncell sites that is taking care by Zamil. • To deal with customer and to convey the message, information to the concern. • Updating the data from field regarding the DGs. (Service and faults of DG). • Preparing the PPT for weekly meeting with customer. • Documentation
