Do some Excel Work

I am trying to develop a database on excel. My aim is to do an inventory of my suppliers, products and different accounts to keep track of all of them in one place. I also want to be able to pull data from it an compare or analyse them ex: prices from different suppliers for same product, or compare prices for the same product across different seasons. I also would like to have some autofill sections ex: when I type the name of the suppliers it fills all the other fields that are related to the shop such as phone number, email, website, opening hours. My products also have labels such as organic, pesticide free etc. I would love to have some data validation that allows me to choose multiple criteria in one cell. I also need to be able edit the validation lists anytime and have the dropdown list to update automatically. At the moment I have done a draft with data validation lists based on tables this worked really well. What is really problematic is the autofill of address etc. I would also be open to buy a template and modify it slightly if needed.
