data entry -- copying products to new shopping cart

I am a web designer creating a new site for a client. We are also creating a new shopping cart and I would like to outsource the copying of products from the existing website to the new site and cart. We are using Lite Commerce.
There are about 185 products and you must get all the info from the webpages and enter them into the new shopping cart. See the attached screenshot for what the interface looks like. Some of the products have multiple thumbnails and those images must be uploaded as well.
I need this done in about a week, no more than 2 weeks with obviously very few errors.
