Data entry into excel

I need someone to enter country specific data into an excel file for 200 countries. I will provide the sources you need to use and the excel template. Each country has about 15 data points that you need to fill from a total of 3-4 data sources at max. The information is publicly available in multiple places but I need you to use the specific sites I choose. The information entered into excel needs to be accurate, perfectly formatted (e.g., some columns cant start with lower case where some start with caps, or some cant have 1 decimal points and the others 2 decimal points). The final deliverable needs to be spell checked with no errors. You have 2 weeks to finish the project and I am willing to pay $50 total for 200 countries. I am going to check the accuracy of the information and if I find more than 10 errors in total (the numbers do not match with the sources I provided), I have a right to cancel the contract and payment for the entire batch. Payment is in GAF. I need 3 samples before we are formally engaged meaning I put the money in escrow.
