Need Decimal values be entered in excel spreadsheet from scanned forms, one parameter is already typed.
Sample Data is in scanned format, from which data entry operator needs to type data in Sample Entry, Excel file corresponding to "Source_Code"

I have more than 10 years of experience using MS Excel for data entry and formulas. I believe you need to calculate CaH based on the equation provided in the scanned JPG.
