Data entry - capture document name, maker and date in word table

Urgent data entry job I will provide access to a zip file on DropBox of around 408mb that has folders and sub-folders containing 899 PDF documents. The documents have all been given names that describe the contents (e.g. "Financial Statements [login to view URL]". I can separately provide an excel spreadsheet that lists the file name for each document and the folder it is located in. The data entry task is to capture, for each document (in a word table which I will provide, I folder order) a description of the document (in many instances, the file name will be a sufficient description), the person who made the document (e.g. John Smith) and the date (if any). The task needs to be completed within 48 hours. I would like the freelancer to do a test of 50 entries initially which I will review and provide feedback on.
