Data Entry into Admin Panel

Around 3500 entries are required to be placed into our Admin Panel from an Excel spreadsheet. Each entry has the wrong URL and it requires the correct URL (if a URL exists for the entry). Each entry on the current spreadsheet has the following data points:
The incorrect URL
The name of the Company
Time of Auction
City
State
Each entry into the Admin Panel will require:
Category (we will supply you the default category)
Country
State/Province
Company Name
Details about Company
URL
Address
Phone #
Auction time
Image or logo of Company
As you can see, we not only require for the data to be moved from the spreadsheet to the Admin Panel, we also require the data entry freelancer to find more details about each entry to fill in the fields (above) within the Admin Panel.
