Hello! You need someone to add thousands of entries into a spreadsheet. I've worked on some big spreadsheets and they were completed well. So I have experience of such tasks, and accuracy. Actually it's not clear in your description where those records are located. Are they in some other file? Should there be a web search performed on each entry? Is the information in English? Just in case, I'd have some difficulty if the language isn't English (it's not impossible, just tedious to translate). Contact me to discuss details. Assuming that each entry wouldn't require extensive research, I'd offer to do 10 entries for £1, or £777 (bulk discount, I suppose) for 'around 8000 records', as you said, ie the whole project.
