Create a list with all the current youtubers that have 50k-1 Million Subscribers

So I posted about this before, many told me this project is not doable the way I want it so I've made some changes. I'm looking for someone to create a program that will first manually find all accounts on youtube with 50,000 to 1,000,000 Subscribers and then check the subscriber count every day. When sending me this list I want you to add a percentage of rise in subscribers from the last Day/Week/Month
