Convert .csv file from *simple* products to *configurable products* in Magento

Take existing .csv files containing all information, including images and change all *simple products* in various sizes and colors and change those to *configurable products* for seamless upload into Magento admin.
This is not a job for posers. Your work WILL be tested for upload. I will expect to see a screenshot of any work before it will be accepted and anyone willing to bid will be expected to submit ONE item which has been changed from *simple* into *configurable*.
No worries as I know what I am doing and I expect over 50% of those bidding won't have the skill set they say they have (I have been doing this a long time).
Only attributes to consider are:
1. Size
2. Color
