Collecter des positions géographiques de magasins à partir de Google Map

For our business, we need to collect precise information about physical point of interests (POIs). # Instructions We will provide you with a list of POIs in Google Sheet and we will require you to retrieve it in Google Map and collect some information about it that is available in Google Map. The Google sheet contains: - the name of the brand of the POIs if there is one - the address - the postcode - the city - the country - a link to Google Map that simulate a search with the full address (address + postcode + city + country) - a link to the retailer website (if applicable). We will require you to collect this information: - the exact position (latitude and longitude) of the center of the inscribed circle inside the POI - the radius of this cercle - the last update date of the POI on Google Street View - if the POI is in a building with at least 5 floors and with homes or offices above it (count floor from first floor) - if the POI is in a mall (shopping center with a lot of stores) - the floor if it is in a mall (numbering starts at 0, with the first floor (or ground floor or street level), if the POI has more than one floor, indicate the closest floor to the ground floor (0), if the POI is underground, use minus numbers. Information should be gathered in the google sheet provided in the yellow columns. Once a POI is completed, input a status in the "Data Collection status" column: - "Done" if the POI and required information was found - "Missing information" if POI was found but you cannot retrieve all information. In this case, indicate in the column "Comment" missing information - "Cannot locate POI" if you find the POI but cannot determine the exact position of the center of the POI or its radius - "POI not found" if you cannot find the POI in Google Map. #Tips → To determine the exact position of the center of the inscribed circle inside the POI: on Google Map, find the POI and determine its exact delimitation thanks to Google Street View and Earth view. warning: the POI provided by Google Map is usually not enough well located determine the position of the center of the POI (don't take into account the parking or potential other stores in the building or mall) click left on the center and get latitude & longitude that pop up at the bottom of the page → To determine the radius of the center of the inscribed circle: from the center of the POI, previously located, click right and then "measure distance" click left on the border of the inscribed circle, a measurement tool appears move ends of the ruler to adjust to all the border of the POI warning: make sure the circle shaped by the radius is totally inside the POI. For very narrow POI, the circle may be slightly bigger than the POI get printed radius → To get the update date of the POI on Google Street View: go on Google street view from the top left corner, get the last update date → To get the floor of the store in mall: if the mall is mapped by Google Map, on the right side, the floor is indicated on the right side. If not leave it at 0. information can be find as well in the website of the retailer # Volume & timing We will have many POIs to collect (around 500k in 2017). We will regularly send you lists on different Google sheet. We will expect you to collect data for 1000 to 3000 POIs a day. If you consider this is too much, let us know how how many you can do in a day. #Data quality For us data quality is a very important matter. Thus, for a given list of POIs, we will request 2 partners to collect data. We will then compare their results and only keep the ones that are very similar. The errors will be sent back to you to be corrected. #Pricing We usually pay a fix price per POI and its information and only it it passes the data quality test. However, we are open to any suggestion.
