Basic edits and file renames

Attached is a zip file with 198 interviews (as .doc files) and a CSV index A) each interview must be opened and edited as follows: 1 - locate the index entry of that interview in the CSV index file 2 - Open the interview .doc file 3 - remove the heading details (top 4 lines - name, location etc) so that the interview starts with the first line of text 4 - remove any added lines between each paragraph (so there no blank lines) (this may not be obvious as it may be formatted in Word - so maybe easier to convert to .txt first and then see if there are extra lines) 5 - save the file as a .TXT file and call the edited file [login to view URL] where "Name" is the EXACT name as written in the CSV file including capitalization and spaces. Note: it is case sensitive. Eg the orginal file name " andy 1 - [login to view URL] " would edited and saved as " Andy [login to view URL] ". IF IT NOT EXACTLY THE SAME THE DATA WILL BE REJECTED ON PARSING B) Save all the new .txt files in a new folder and zip it up (not RAR) and deliver it THIS IS A SHORT QUICK PROJECT I NEED DONE IMMEDIATELY PLEASE. I IMAGINE ITS NOT MORE THAN A COUPLE OF HOURS.
