We are looking to automate our file notes as we currently write from scratch each time a word document which is inefficient. Our proposed solution is to have pre set drop down lists in an excel document which can then be selected before transferring to a linked word template. An overview is below: Set fields of client name, date and time will be added with 2 other static fields which will be manually entered. Total 5 fields Their will be 4 template title options to choose from a drop down list and will form the document title. Please confirm that you can transfer from an excel document to a linked word template which can be used by multiple users without issues transferring the selected drop down lists
