Hey, There are multiple ways to go about it and if you could provide more information about the setup you have, I would be able to suggest some options. Do the sales reps and the managers have a common directory that they access? Like an intranet or something? If yes, then only you would be able to create an Excel/Access based system that is easy to use. Another option could be that the users fill their respective numbers in a spreadsheet template we create and send an email daily to their managers. The managers then run another macro that we create and get the data. Again, I find this cumbersome. I believe you would be better-off by creating a web based application wherein the users login and depending upon the kind of access they have, they simply either enter the daily data or view reports. There will be usertype in the database like "Manager" which can see full database with four region, the other user type will be "supervisor" which can only see data for respective region only. I can make it so it can be use in Multi-user environment (Many user can work simultaneously from different computer) with log-in dialog, search, filter and save the filter features using Microsoft Access with Access Reports.
