We are actively seeking the right individual to help us fill a unique role in our corporate organization. Ideal candidates will have exceptional social & customer-service skills as they will be handling all incoming calls and general front-line communication. Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: o Accounting/bookkeeping o Database input. o Weekly Check Runs o Invoice / Coding Review o Contacting Vendors / Administer AP System In-House o Monitoring Vendor Insurance Expiration o Working with the executive team to help support projects and tasks o Manage company-wide wait-list o Scheduling & Organizational support for corporate and site-level staff Qualifications and Skills Required: o Experience in book keeping and administrative roles in non-profit or business environment. o Positive individual with ability to work both collaboratively and independently. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. o Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-task. o Software proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Publisher, Power Point, and Access. Candidate must be located in USA only.
