Data Entry: Real Estate Listings for my Site

Hello, I have another easy project for the Freelancer world that I just don't have time myself to do. I own a website that specializes in rental properties and I need to attract new users. I will attract users by having my site full of rental listings. You will create a free account on my site and once you verify your e-mail address, you can create as many ads for free as possible. I need someone that can post ads on my site. You will search the miami 'list' of properties so they at least appear real rather than obvious fakes. I need price, photos, description, Number of bedrooms & Bathrooms, and general address (Bay Road, 10th & Jefferson, etc.) and a relevant title for each listing (Beautiful South Beach Apartment, Large 2 Bedroom on the Bay, etc.) All the information will be on this 'list' site. Please No duplicates Ads! IF you want to test out the ease or difficulty of this assignment, you can PM me and i'll provide the website link so you can do a demo ad to try it out. Your BID MUST INCLUDE THE NUMBER OF LISTINGS YOU WILL CREATE FOR ME ALONG WITH THE TOTAL PRICE. This is a small project, any bids that are too high will automatically be hidden. I am not in a rush so speed isn't crucial to me. If you impress me, this could turn into a monthly assignment/task. Thanks!
