Database work, strip html, recode, and paste into seperate fields

We would like 3000 product descriptions stripped of extra HTML, recoded with only <p><br /><li> tags with specific classes attached. Currently all product descriptions are held in one field, product_description and we would like to move each section of the description to a different field. Here is a list:

product_description (text description)

product_designer (name of designer)

product_design year (year of design)

product_materials (list of materials)

product_measurements (list of measurements)

product_notes (list of helpful notes)

product_documents (list of links to PDF/DOCS/VIDEOS)

product_swatches (list of buttons to swatches)
