Adding Images and Descriptions to Pages

I need some image and data entry completed. I have about 500 images in a dropbox folder. I need them added to a web page with some descriptions from an excel spreadsheet. You will need to do the following for each image: 1. Modify each image to 120x90 pixels. Then add the image to the web page and link the image to the larger image. 2. Add two pieces of identifying text below the image. This text is in the excel spreadsheet.
