I am in Melbourne, have an accounting degree (from QUT), and already do this part-time for two other businesses (Consulting, and Road Transport). The spreadsheet I have is set up for Income and Expenses. And the Expenses Worksheet allows entries for Business Percentage, Categories, and Fuel Tax Credits (if applicable). There is also a section for calculating the totals for each Category, GST paid and received.
In addition to the spreadsheets, I also prepare the quarterly Activity Statements and the Income Tax Returns. However, I am not a registered tax agent so do not lodge the returns.

The amount I have bid is negotiable, depending on how much work is involved.
