DATA ENTRY - Search school website and excel

Update our lists of professors by adding those teaching the upcoming 2014 semester, who are not found in our list yet. You will have to check the class schedule, just for the names of the profs teaching in the upcoming semester. You will be given University assignments and the lists to be updated. You can find the “Schedule of Classes” in the school website, most often under the Registrar/Academic link, or by just searching for the class/course schedule. What to do: 1. Check the 2014 class schedule to get the names of the professors teaching courses with first day of classes at any time between January and February. Names you will add in the list must not be existing in the list sent to you. 2. Check each department directory for the following details: (Columns to be filled) • Complete name • Title (Faculty members and now, including Teaching Assistant and Graduate students) • Department • Email • Phone number ***Use main school directory in case there are missing details in the department directory or when the name is not found in the department directory. Note: Department directory is preferred over main school directory. Course taught by professor must be: • Lecture • Face to face/In person/Classroom Setting • Undergraduate Rate is 5c(USD) per additional professor, estimated at 60 - 80 professors for hour at around $4 per hour.
