Creating Invoices in Excel

Hello, I have an excel document in which each product is added in a different sheet. I want someone to help me create a new sheet in which there will be options/buttons/ dropdown menus to add the products in the invoice , select color or dimensions or other specs for each products, automatically get price for each product added, customers name, save invoice, clear invoice. All saved invoices will be added in a new sheet with date and time created.. This excel document will be used from a tablet and pc to make invoices for customers. We will not print these invoices, its just to give our customers fast calculation of the total cost for the products he like. We need the interface to be user friendly and to be able to be used easily from a tablet.
