I am well experienced in Desk Top Publishing field using MS Office and Adobe Family software. I am conversant with Adobe Acrobat Professional used for editing PDF files (adding/merging pages, splitting pages, adding bookmarks, creating hyperlink navigation features etc.) I am proposing to carry out your present job as detailed below: - Your input of 6560 single PDF files will be organized into 58 theme sets - 58 Theme sets will be merged into four groups using Acrobat Editor to create a total of 232 merged PDF files. As you say, this is not a difficult task, just a resource intensive one. I am currently running a test PDF merge of over 3,000 files as verification. My machine has gobs of memory, SSD, and 8 cores. Once the job is complete I can have a more accurate estimation of how long to merge the files. Thank you for the opportunity to bid on this project.
