China auto research (web scraping and data entry)

Hello, I need someone to find data on the characteristics (such as power and fuel economy) of many Chinese car models over a number of model years. Please see the attached spreadsheet. Please look at the first worksheet, called "All models with chinese." Read the instructions shaded in red VERY carefully. Then look at the worksheets for each year. For the first stage of the project, I want you to fill out the worksheets for 2009, 2006, 2003 and 2000. Note that there are very few models to find in 2000, but a lot for 2009. I need you to be fluent in Chinese, because I want you to use the Chinese language website that I provide in the instructions. I also speak Chinese, so I will use those websites to check your work. I will pay $200 for those first four years.
