Changes in Norwegian Labour Law legislation

Hi. For your clarity, bids from non-Norway-based freelancers are not needed. I am Domas, and I represent an international company Confinn which organizes conferences in many European countries. Now we're currently starting our business in Norway and will be organizing our first labour law conference in November. For this reason I am in need of LOCAL assistance and for this moment, need to know what are the recent and upcoming changes in the labour law field. I am looking for a local NORWEGIAN freelancer to complete this task. This proposal is for long-term cooperation as we will be needing assistance in potential partner search, EN/NO translation, market research and many other tasks. For the first task, the following questions have to be answered: - What 3 main changes were introduced in labour law legislation from January and July of 2014? - What 3 main changes are planned to go into force from January, 2015?
