Advance POST request/data mine links/folder structure pattern?

A website that uses POST requests emails you a link if you provide this website with a valid 13 digit number. The link it emails you also contains a 13 digit number that starts with 487**6391**xxxxxx. The problem is all these 13 digit numbers it emails you are invalid. They were valid once, but have since been used (although the website that generates them doesn't seem to know that). Someone (a coder I'm sure, or an IT employee) has figured out a way to advance the system so to speak, and is somehow generating 13 digit numbers that start with 487**6361**xxxxxx, all of which **are** valid.

It would seem they have been doing this for a few months, selling them most likely. So that when the server generates a new 13 digit number today, and it starts with 487**6391**xxxxxx, this coder most likely had this number 2-3 weeks ago, sold it back then, and the buyer redeemed that number therefore making it unusable.

I am attaching a .txt file with the URL of the website. I can provide you with a few 13 digit numbers that you can enter to get the link emailed back to you showing you that you can join today, and get the email, with a 13 digit number, that starts with 487**6391**xxxxxx, and would therefore be worthless.

I also have a list of 50 links that **are** valid. All of these valid links begin with 487**6361**xxxxxx, which is where the one database seems to be up to, since these are all valid 13 digit numbers. Its like theres two databases, but they dont speak to one another, because the one that generates the 13 digit number shouldn't be generating expired/used numbers. I can provide this list of 50 links to coders who think it may help them see a pattern in the coding of them.

Perhaps 6391 vs 6361 has something to do with a date? The links seem to auto-increment upwards, however 6361 is valid whereas 6391 is invalid, so its not a perfect system. In time, I'm guessing the next series could begin 6360?

I'm guessing at some of this, I don't own the website, but it would seem like this is whats going on.
