Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality. 1+ years of experience in a customer service or help desk capacity required. online ticketing systems, and personal computer. Knowledge of technical support issues related to Internet connectivity and PC troubleshooting experience a plus. Experience with Shopify, Trello, Zendesk, Facebook and skype is preferred Responsibilities Emailing customers for back order issues and order processing issues Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: Sizing, Pricing, Order Status, Order Changes, Tracking updates and system troubleshooting. Work is long term -- pays $2 an hour

I'm native Ukrainian/Russian speaking with a fluent English. I have a great experience in translating/copywriting/proofreading area and ready to work on any kind of a project. I have graduated philological department as English translator. Then for a few year i worked in Germany for international IT company as a copywriter/translator. The last 3 years I’m absolute freelancer. It gives me more opportunities to expand the horizons and find out something new from every of my new project. Being a freelancer, I was lucky to work in different work fields like business, IT, medicine, webhosting, law, health etc. I have a wide experience in a tech/customer support, too. My duties as a customer support were to solve the client's issues connected with technical, financial and pre-sales questions via tickets, phone, email and live chat. Recently i had an experience of hiring people via Upwork and faced some unresponsible candidates who do the work indifferenty and answer my question after a few days i asked them with no enthusiasm. So i also work as a project manager or HR. I know the value of a reliable employee and I am the one. I am responsible and know how to deliver a quality result.
