Caribou Coffee Role Based Training Updates

On the Caribou Coffee Training Team, we are implementing a revitalized role based training program in 2016. We are currently looking for individuals to help us create new modular based training that will be housed on our new communications and learning ecosystem. Through this process, we need help to get content transitioned and to the place where it needs to be for full launch in June 2016. This position is project based and on an as needed basis and would involve reviewing existing role based training materials, making updates and editing to new content, and moving into formats available for new design and implementation. This requires both editing skills and detailed organization as we piece out content. Some design experience helpful. We would need someone to be able to come to the Support Center and work side-by-side with the training team. Approximately 10 hours per week, as needed.
