I have a data entry project that requires immediate attention. My company has an auction site that allows schools (high schools, college universities, and even grade schools) to sell and buy surplus property to the public and other universities. We have created a brochure that we plan to send out to specific contacts that might be interested in using our website.
What we need done:
We need to build a contact list of schools (small universities and community colleges, high schools, secondary schools) for us to mail out this brochure. We already have a list of larger colleges, but now we need to expand to smaller avenues. We do not want the contacts of just general schools however, but we are really looking for people who are Purchasing Officers and Surplus (or procuremeznt) Officers & Managers specifically. The contacts are not just limited to schools, if you find information on further organizations that might sell surplus (city/county governments, etc.)
We request that you place a bid with a quote of how many records you think you can find, at what price, and by when you can get them done. Sooner finish times are encouraged as this is a rush project. Please include samples of previous work and it couldn’t hurt to do a sample of this work to show that you know what you are doing.
I have attached an excel spreadsheet of the information that we need, and some links to find schools include but are not limited to the following:

On top of this, you need to search google for other purchasing officer organizations or surplus organizations for resources.
*This needs to be done quickly, so place your bids early. Provider needs to accept PayPal. Depending on how many records you can do, you MAY bid outside of the budget range, just send me a PM about your bid*
For clarification,
This is only for schools in the United States. Other country's schools will be needed in the future but not at this momment.
