Data Entry Project

I need some help with a small personal project. I have been copying an old phone directory and putting it into Excel so that it can be saved in electronic format. This was being done from a PDF copy of the directory and then has been scanned by an OCR program and transferred over into Excel. The problem is that the fields are all currently on one line (sometimes 2 or 3 have been crammed into the same line).

I need someone to go through the current excel file and split each row into the proper formatted columns. I don't believe this can be automated as in some rows not all of the column data is present, and up to this point I have been doing it all by hand. Attached is the file that I have been working on, so that you can see what will be needed. Also, you file find the pdf of the original directory. I need the entire excel file formatted correctly without spelling mistakes. Also, there were a few pages that weren't able to be correctly scanned. I noted them in the excel file.

I only need the names up to page 92 in the pdf. Right now there is around 1000 rows that need editing. I will continue to work on this until there is someone to take over for me, so there will likely be less to do.

I need this done asap so I can implement it.

## Deliverables

Final Excel file must be formatted correctly (Following the formatting I have setup)

All data must match what is in the PDF up until page 92 (I'm not worried about page titles and extra data, just the name/address/profession/employer data)
