Business Plan for a Startup Paralegal Company

We need a business plan for a startup paralegal company which is to be incorporated. The business plan must be completed by Tuesday September 4, 2012 because we will be presenting it the following day. IF YOU CANNOT MEET THIS DEADLINE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. The business plan should be about 35 pages in length. Please be prepared to include samples of previous business plans you have done (preferably business plans related to the legal industry). If you are selected we will provide you with more details of the company in order for you to prepare the business plan. The following is required (this list is not exhaustive): -Extensive knowledge of the preparation of pro forma financial statements (a three year projection is required). The business plan will be for a paralegal company licensed to provide legal services ONLY in Ontario, Canada. Therefore the business plan, including all of the financial statements, statistics, charts, graphs, etc., should reflect this. - Proficiency in English, including excellent writing, grammar, spelling, and formatting -Proficiency in Microsoft Office -Proficiency in creating charts, graphs, etc. -Proficiency in business plan software -Strong communication skills -Access to reliable research and statistics about the paralegal industry in Ontario, Canada -A detail-oriented approach -etc. We do not have Skype so email and/or telephone will be the method of communication. Once we have received the completed business plan on Tuesday September 4, 2012 we will pay $150. It is our hope that we can choose a contractor by Saturday September 1, 2012 or Sunday September 2, 2012. Thank you and we look forward to working with you.
