Continued SEO work- require sample work with your response.

I need someone to do SEO work for my website. The ideal person responding to this bid should be comfortable with the English language and writing articles in English. Initially, I want the person in this position to do SEO work to increase the exposure my website has. The SEO work needs to be limited in terms of geographic location to Minneapolis/Twin Cities Metro for specific terms relating to my business. With this bid, I want articles submitted on a monthly basis (I do create a monthly newsletter, so some of the articles I can provide). The person chosen for this ongoing project will also blog about my businesses. While blogging, it is important to understand Human Resources, recruiting and contract agencies. If any service questions arise, I would expect to be contacted first before inaccurate information is represented. Additionally, I do require frequent updates in terms of the work being performed. My expectations are that upon completion of this project, if adequate services are provided, this could be a long-term on-going (monthly) service that I would need.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
