Article Rewrite 2

This is an article rewrite project. You are to do the appropriate research and rewrite the article (500 - 700 words). The current content is generic and not unique. I am looking for a rewrite with quality content that throughly covers the article topic. ALL material MUST be ORIGINAL and checked for authenticity. All information sources must be included at the bottom of each article. I am willing to pay $5 per article. This initial test project will be for 1 or 2 articles, and if you do well you would be considered for writing up to 50+ articles in the next 2 - 3 months. Please send us some of your previously written, business-related articles (specifically business, investing, loans, and real estate) if you have them. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
