Hello everyone! I'm looking for someone to write weekly & monthly content for my real estate blog. The writing will involve the following:
1. Weekly market Stats.
I will arrange for you to receive information on the # of homes sold, # of homes listed for sale, and other statistical content. You will then be responsible for interpreting the content, writing the blog post, and providing it to me for final review. The blog post should include easy to understand graphs and pie charts, as well as well written interpretations of the content. Your english writing skills must be impeccable.
2. Weekly "Static" content.
You will find captivating information that is related to the real estate business in Canada, and write blog articles based on this information. Plagiarism will not be tolerated, but I am OK if you find an idea from another website and write your own article on the subject. I'm also willing to allow periodic (once every 2 months maximum) re-posting of other people's blog posts so long as we provide the original author with credit and a link, and include our own interpretation of the copied article.
3. Weekly News Capture. "Articles Worth Reading"
Using Google News (or other news services) you will create a list of recent news articles every Friday, along with links to the appropriate article on the original website/newspaper. A brief description of the articles will be required in the blog post as well.
4. Press Releases
Certain organizations release regular press releases. I want to reference them in the blog on the day that they come out, so that my readers come to my site to read the information. I will provide you with a list of the organizations, or send you copies of the press releases if they're sent to me directly. You will interpret the information and write a quick review of the press release then post the review and original press release to my blog.
