The "total package" in the world of writing... Established writer in multiple styles, genres and formats; direct mail copywriter, freelance copywriter, article writer, website content contributor, award winning and published fiction author - just to name a few. If it's direct response marketing you seek, I do more than raise interest, I cause buyers to write that check or click on the buy-it-now button. I don't just write decent copy, I do the research required and work well to understand the client and customer's needs, which results in aiming your ad at the right target, boosting your sales and beating your competition. I have recently concluded my training as a copywriter through AWAI, assisted copywriting, assisted travel writing, as well as completed many other writing projects. My history as a writer is extensive and I have listed some of my previous jobs as well as writing samples (more examples of my writing are available upon request.) Currently I am copywriting in addition to writing press material for the "Tennis Underdog". This is an exciting project that involves an 8 time world tennis record holder working towards his goal to become the oldest player to compete in the U.S. Open. Before that, one of my favorite jobs was as a content writer for Posh Vintage. My work for this online-retail storefront for upscale designer vintage clothing included extensive research of fashion designers, current celebrities known to wear similar looks, and fashion trends that were comparable. Prior to my content writing I was a staff writer for an entertainment newspaper entitled "Knoxville After Dark." I have penned press material for musicians and DJ's. And I have also written articles online and for publications such as "INsider Magazine." Even my hobby writing has resulted in great responses. For example, as a regular contributor to Hub Pages on subjects from travel to yoga and fitness, my Vintage Clothing article earned me the "Hub Nugget" Award for quality of writing, uniqueness and popularity. I have had short stories place 2nd and 3rd in Writer's Digest 73rd Annual Writing Competition - out of 17,584 competing submissions. I am a photographer too and know the art work myself... have learnt woodworks, and clay modeling besides i have done photo shoots for the local garments and product a couple of times..
