This is a simple project Create a service & website like http://kraken.io. It needs to be the same. The packages need to be the same but the price is 10% lower. Needs to be done in C++ for Windows Azure. Needs users need to beable to downgrade there package to any level even free. Needs an api exactly the same as [login to view URL] I need to beable to modify the packages via the admin area. Payments will be through paypal.com. If a user cancels subscription then they should be downgraded to free package.
