I have experience preparing material takeoffs and estimates for medium to large construction projects ($800k to $1.5M subtrade budget) in the western Canada area. I will prepare an Excel document where prices can be adjusted based on your chosen supplier which will reflect the wall areas and different products specified in the finish schedule and specifications. I can use the PDF prints as underlays in AutoCAD and scale them to gather the areas with techniques that i have developed in my previous work experience. The native AutoCAD files are preferred but not necessary ( it would make the process a lot faster). We can have a meeting during the takeoff process to answer questions and update delivery date( if earlier ).
