Some issues need to be ironed out with sizing, both for the main interface (that you can rezixe), background images should resize, and for the created videos, seems to be cutting things off. It should be a days work, I will be helping, and we can look initially via TeamViewer to make sure you can do the job. Up to $60 please. Long term opportunitiy for you. Have other codes that need updating.

Should be straightforward if it's a resizing issue in WPF or WinForms. But if "cutting things off" means playback is halting prematurely, there may be deeper application issues.
