Dear client, to make this project successful I suggest to use well-suited technologies (SignalR in this case). Such a chat application can be very difficult to implement properly. Also I have a DevExpress license and I can deliver a very user-friendly client app. Can you describe more in details how you want to use this chat? Is it for your company?
