We are looking for quotes for version 1 of our Azure forms platform. AppPlatform will comprise of a number of discreet web services, which share common logging, billing and authorization infrastructure. Pieces already exist for some of these services, such as Forms. The required features are listed in the diagram below: We have licensed in some software from another company that enables forms creation via a visual web tool and displays the forms in an app. We want to host the forms creator and forms data storage in Azure and expose the forms functionality via .api's to developers who need to create forms for use in apps. The developers will be able to create the form using our online visual tool and then download the code for the forms to use in a device or web app. The form code should make calls on our .api and Azure data storage, the calls being identified by unique user keys so we can track and bill for the api usage. I attach a file describing the software we have licensed and the other describing the work to be done. For version 1 we do not need the billing component . Can you please quote for the work without the billing component for now.

I have about 15 years of Industry experience including 5 years working with Microsoft as vendor for some of their V1 products. Have worked with Microsoft for porting their one products to Azure. The product was consisting of APIs to quickly build a website for short term use (like promotion events). From the requirements, we understand that you want to offer various services to developer community like forms, tracking, diary etc and want to bill them based on usage of APIs. These APIs are to be hosted on Azure. Looks like scope is big but we wanted to discuss to arrive at exact scope and understand what exist today and what to be billed.
