Basicaly, what i need is a prize wheel like [login to view URL] but i need to have controlable odds of what can happen. I need the wheel to have a completely green background so i can chroma-key it in Open Broadcaster Software. I need it to be smooth with spins of at least 10 seconds and fully customizable with me adding/removing things on the wheel on-the-fly. I need it do be at least 800x800 in resolution and the text to be seen clearly.

I will be able to create an application with a lot of customization. It will be easy to change the resolution of the window, the wheel and background colors, as well as the options on the wheel. The odds can also be modified just before the spin.
