AS I understood you need to track scanned documents, have ability to get notification on expiration and option to export to Excel. And also mass email sending using info from DB. Thus, I have some question about the task Do you want to have web-based (cloud) or desktop (client-server ) system? Can you tell more about documents, which will be stored? What exact notifications on expiration do you require? Should they be configurable? What information should be exported to Excel? And about mass email: What settings should be available for mass email sending and what info will be sent?
