Write basic C program as per the following instructions:
-Write to file.
-Write a program that reads in two files, and tells you a % similarity.
Check each character, and if it’s the same increment a “same” counter, if it is different increment a “different” counter, and at the end compare the amount of same vs the total amount of characters for your percentage. i.e. if 50 out of 100 characters are the same then the files are 50% the same. If 250 out of 1000 characters are the same then they are 25% the same.. Etc.
Allow to provide .exe file as well as detailed step-by-step file.
