We need to develop a small software to Capture a live Video with Blackmagic Decklink, compress it on the fly and record the output to 8 devices attached to USB ports.
We prefer the compression to be H264 or the new H265.
We need the preview window to be displayed on a VGA screen.
This project should be in .NET and compatible with Windows 7, 8 and 10.
