Basic iPad App Needed

I am looking for someone that can develop a basic app for the iPad. The app consists of really only 3 screens. The functionality is similar to a basic doodle type game. In this application, the user will be able to drag items onto a work surface, and move stuff around on the surface to organize how they would like. In addition to adding/removing/organizing the items, there are two other menu options that simple will allow the user to change the background, and other static elements of the screen. Once the final "drawing" is created, the user can either email a picture of the final creation, or post it to their facebook wall using facebook connect.
